Recently we have been made aware of a phishing scam targeting .au registrants. These scams usually come to your email, threatening to delete your domain name in relation to an auDA domain complaint.
We ask all registrants and partners to be vigilant and complete some simple checks on emails claiming to be from Synergy Wholesale.
You can do three essential things to ensure that the email is valid.
- The email came from an email address ending with @synergywholesale.com.au, for example – sales@synergywholesale.com.
- Check that the URL is correct when visiting the Synergy Wholesale Management System (https://manage.synergywholesale.com)
- If you have any doubts whatsoever, don’t hesitate to get in touch with customercare@synergywholesale.com so we can verify the authenticity of your email.
